Website accounts & studio assistant

Website chat accounts are separate from Solhaus app and Mindbody accounts. We store your account email and one conversation in Lovable Cloud so you can return to your chat. Your saved conversation is accessible through your signed-in website account.

The studio assistant is automated, not a live staff member. Your questions and conversation history are sent to Lovable AI to generate replies. Please do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive health information. The assistant cannot make bookings, change memberships or provide medical advice. Advertising choices

Solhaus Studios uses Meta Pixel, operated by Meta, to measure website visits, intro checkout clicks, membership checkout clicks, timetable openings and app download clicks, and support advertising measurement and optimisation. Clicks are not proof of a completed purchase or booking.

When permitted, Meta receives event names, product names, listed prices and currency, page address, browser/device information, IP address and identifiers generated by its Pixel. We do not send form contents, email addresses, health details or customer matching data through these events.

We do not load Meta tracking in consent-required regions or when your region cannot be resolved. No consent banner is shown. Elsewhere tracking is enabled unless you opt out. We use a same-site region lookup to apply this rule.

You can stop Meta advertising tracking in this browser below. Your refusal applies immediately and across open tabs. It is saved on this device with a visitor reference, date, region and this notice version; any earlier acceptance evidence is preserved. Clearing browser storage removes this preference. This does not delete data already received by Meta.
